Settling in visit
Your tenancy management officer will visit you at home within four weeks of the start of your tenancy. This visit is an opportunity for us to check that you have moved in and whether you might need any additional support in the early part of your tenancy.
The visit is also an opportunity for you to raise any concerns or queries that you might have.
We will visit you again at approximately eight months from the start of your tenancy, this visit will determine whether we grant you a flexible-secure tenancy at the end of the introductory period.
