House roof being repaired

We are currently working with Clairglow and Kincraig to deliver quality improvements to heating systems, electrics, kitchen and bathrooms, in our properties. We are in the process of recruiting contractors for doors, windows, and roof replacements.

We will write to tenants before the improvement work is due and confirm who the contractors will be. We will also provide information on how and when the work will be carried out.

Tenants will soon be able to see what improvement activity is planned for their home via OneAccount
