Have you thought about volunteering at Holme Farm?

Runnymede Borough Council approved a grant of £25,000 for the Community Workshop and Gardens at Holme Farm. The charity is now looking for volunteers which can include anything from planting, weeding, building, painting - suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.

The Holme Farm charity has created a community-led space for people to find support and get involved in activities and programmes to improve their mental and physical health. The charity will also focus on rewilding much of the land and restoring populations of insect pollinators and other local wildlife.

Local residents Mr. and Mrs. Kendall are leading this project, supported by a strong group of trustees. They aim to tackle isolation, improve mental wellbeing, protect the local environment, and provide a focal point for local activities and services.
