You will be required to pay the full amount no matter what time of year you sign up. If you subscribe early you will benefit from the maximum number of collections

If you decide to cancel your subscription during the year we are unable to offer a refund.

If you move house you must leave your garden waste bins at the property. 

Bin/s left at the property can be used by the new occupier until the subscription year ends when the service will need to be renewed by the new owner of the property.

If you have an active subscription for the garden waste collection service and your bin is lost or stolen use the online form to order a replacement bin. Bins will be replaced free of charge.
