Moving home

If you subscribed to our garden waste collection service and are moving out of the Runnymede area you need to cancel your garden waste subscription.

Customers paying by Direct Debit will need to cancel the Direct Debit with their bank. We are sorry but we do not offer refunds.

Cancelling subscription

To cancel garden waste subscription you will need to call our Customer Service team

Once you have told us you are moving we will cancel your garden waste subscription. 

Moving within Runnymede

Customers who are moving within the Runnymede area will need to leave their bins are the property. Bins are not transferable.

If you want to continue using the garden waste service you will need to create new subscription for your new address.
