Performer/Musician of the Year Award
For an individual who has achieved individual success, or has made a huge difference to the performance environment (dance/drama/music), within the last 12 months. A role model setting a good example to others.  Success could include improvements in performance throughout the year, personal commitment and sacrifices to increase progress, or special circumstances / barriers that have been overcome by the performer/musician.

Young Performer/Musician of the Year Award
For an individual under the age of 18 who has achieved individual success, or has made a huge difference to the performance environment (dance/drama/music), within the last 12 months. A role model setting a good example to others.  Success could include improvements in performance throughout the year, personal commitment and sacrifices to increase progress, or special circumstances / barriers that have been overcome.

Creative of the Year Award
For an individual who has achieved individual success, or has made a huge difference within the creative environment (art/writing/digital), within the last 12 months. A role model setting a good example to others.  Success could include improvements in produced work throughout the year, personal commitment and sacrifices to increase progress, or special circumstances / barriers that have been overcome.

Young Creative of the Year Award
For an individual under the age of 18 who has achieved individual success, or has made a huge difference within the creative environment (art/writing/digital), within the last 12 months. A role model setting a good example to others.  Success could include improvements in produced work throughout the year, personal commitment and sacrifices to increase progress, or special circumstances / barriers that have been overcome.

Arts Group of the Year
For a group of musicians, performers, artists or writers who have performed exceptionally well throughout the last 12 months. The group will a proven record of recruiting and encouraging new members to develop and provide an opportunity for talents to be expanded and explored.

Cultural/Heritage Organisation of the Year
For an organisation that has contributed to, and protected, the historical and cultural values of the borough. This may be achieved through displays and exhibitions, education initiatives or restoration projects to enhance the culture and history within the community.
