If you are struggling with your mental health, are feeling down, or just need someone to talk to, there are a wide range of mental health services accessible to you.

Emotional Wellbeing for Children aged 8-12 years old

This fun, interactive course is designed to support children and young people with anxiety or who feel overwhelmed. The course is run by Lizzie, an experienced primary teacher.

The course is run in English and there will be an interpreter available at each session.

A room for parents/carers is available with tea and coffee.

It runs on Wednesdays 6-7pm at the Revive Café, 99 Guildford Street, Chertsey, KT16 9AS.
