Pay a parking fine

Public parking tickets are those which are issued by the council. A public parking ticket will be issued in the form of a penalty charge notice (PCN).

You will have 28 days to pay the PCN from the date it was served, but the earlier you pay the PCN, the less it will cost you. If you pay within 14 days of the PCN being served, the charge will be reduced by 50% as you can pay the lower amount which is shown on your ticket.

Ways to pay

To pay your PCN online. You will need your RN reference number to hand, which can be found at the top of your PCN, and the vehicle registration.
