Household bin request
Please note there is a charge for both new bins and the replacement of lost or stolen general household waste (black) bins. (Please note this is a non-refundable charge.)
Use this form to:
- Request new bins, additional bins, replacements, or removals
- Arrange clinical waste bins
- Remove and cancel clinical waste bins
- Request a review by the Waste & Recycling Team
- Schedule clearances
- Contact us as a property manager or developer
If you believe your bin to be missing there are some things you need to do before reporting it to us:
- Make sure that you have checked to see whether your bin has been moved away from your normal collection point.
- Check to see if your bin has been accidentally claimed by one of your neighbours.
- Check the surrounding areas carefully in case your bin has been returned to the wrong property.
Note: only the approved allocation of general waste bin(s) per property will be emptied.
We aim to complete bin delivery and collection within 10 working days.
Please provide as much detail as possible so we can process your request quickly and efficiently. If, after submitting the online form, your container is found please let us know so that the delivery can be cancelled.
