Duty of care: waste transfer note
If you need help to complete your duty of care waste transfer note, please see the guidance notes below.
Existing customers will receive a duty of care form at the start of each financial year.
Please complete all relevant sections, sign the form and return it to Runnymede Borough Council. You should retain a copy for a period of two years.
