Ottershaw Neighbourhood Plan
On 14 October 2020, members of Runnymede Borough Council Planning Committee resolved to designate the Ottershaw Neighbourhood Forum and Ottershaw Neighbourhood Area as submitted.
The designation of a neighbourhood area lasts for five years and consequently this designation expires on 14 October 2025. The Council has received an application to re-designate the Forum.
The application to redesignate the Forum which includes a copy of the constitution at Appendix A (with amendments from the one submitted previously at sections 3a, 4c, 4d, 6f and Annex B on 25 March 2022) and a map showing the extent of the Neighbourhood Area (which remains unchanged from that designated in 2020) is set out in the link below.
In line with The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, the Council is required to publicise the application for six weeks, during which time representations can be made in relation to the proposed re-designation of the Ottershaw Neighbourhood Forum. This period runs from Tuesday 12 August until 5pm Tuesday 23 September 2025.
Representations can be made by emailing the planning policy team at planningpolicy@runnymede.gov.uk or in writing to:

As the Ottershaw Neighbourhood Forum and Area remain in place until 14 October 2025 and/or if redesignated on or before this date, the Forum can continue to prepare a Neighbourhood Plan for the area as designated. Any consultation or stakeholder events associated with early plan preparation will be carried out by the Neighbourhood Forum in this respect.
