If you are offered the property, the tenancy agreement will contain the rent, service charges and any other costs. You will also be responsible for your own bills, such as water and electricity.

You can apply for Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit, and Pension Credit by applying online or contacting the Council for advice.
