The schemes
There are five Independent Retirement Living Schemes in Runnymede. The purpose-built apartments are available for couples or single people and come with a lifetime tenancy. The schemes allow residents to continue to live independently, whilst knowing that there is support available should they need it.
Each scheme has its own characteristics, but has the same community spirit and the following
- A communal area for socialising, events, and celebrations
- An alarm call system with optional extras such as sensors to monitor sleep patterns and falls, and medication reminders
- Repairs and maintenance can be requested through the IRL Manager
- Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- An inclusive and diverse environment that is respected by all
- A guest room for resident’s family or friends to use
- A communal laundry room for use by residents

Beomonds consists of 18 apartments and 6 one-bed bungalows and was refurbished in 2015. The scheme is located conveniently in the Town Centre of Chertsey. It is a short walk to the supermarkets and other local shops; the bus stops and train station is close by. The lounge area and communal spaces have been beautifully decorated, and is often used for activities, games, and events. There is no parking for residents at this scheme.

Darley Dene has 38 apartments, The scheme sits in the heart of Addlestone, a five minute was to supermarkets, a library, a cinema and local bus routes and train station. There is a beautiful large communal garden which is looked after by our gardeners, and some of our green-fingered residents. There is limited parking available for residents at this scheme.

Floral House is our largest scheme with 75 apartments. This scheme is located just a 2 minute walk from Chertsey Train Station, and offers a convenient access to Chertsey Town Centre. There is a large communal garden, and a large comfortable lounge area, that is often occupied with sociable residents. There is limited parking available for residents at this scheme.

Situated in Egham, Grove Court consists of 55 apartments, several of which have recently been refurbished. It is located very close to Egham Town Centre and Egham Railway Station. There is a large communal garden and a comfortable lounge area. A community of keen gardeners and sociable residents live here, who take part in regular activities and events. There is limited parking available for residents at this scheme.

Heatherfields consists of 29 apartments. The scheme is located in the village of New Haw, offering a peaceful location as well as accessible transport links to Addlestone and Woking. The scheme has a beautiful garden which is looked after by several of our residents, and a lounge area that is light and airy. There is limited parking available for residents at this scheme.
