Runnymede healthy communities partnership

Award process

Funding award applications must be completed in full and submitted on the online form. This must be completed by the lead organisation where the funding will be paid. Please ensure all questions are answered as fully as possible.

The maximum amount of funding that can be applied for per application is £10,000.

Funding applications will be reviewed by a panel consisting of the RBC Community Services Committee Chair, the RBC Health and Wellbeing Partnership Chair, and the RBC Corporate Head of Community Services.

The delegated authority to approve funding awards up to a value of £5,000 sits with the RBC Corporate Head of Community Services.

For proposals exceeding £5,000 the decision to approve will be made by the RBC Community Services Committee. A report will be presented outlining the proposal seeking approval at the next available committee.

You may be contacted to provide further information regarding your application.

You will be informed of the outcome of your application after the above process is complete.

There is no appeals process for a Place Based funding award.

Organisations awarded funding are required to track their progress against agreed KPIs and submit reporting data as requested.

A report will be prepared, and the outcomes of the RHCP funded projects will be presented to the last Runnymede Community Services Committee in March 2027.

An organisation can apply more than once for a Place Based funding award.

It is intended that all place-based funding is awarded by the end of the calendar year, 2026.

What will not be funded:

  • Individuals (e.g.funding is only available to organisations who meet the eligibility criteria)
  • Ongoing-costs not directly related to the project delivery.
  • Projects that have started or incurred expenditure before receipt of an award or before an award is confirmed.
  • Projects originating from organisations who do not have a bank account.
