Englefield Green Major Projects Fund
The Englefield Green Major Projects Fund is inviting resident groups, voluntary and community organisations, both based in or serving residents of Englefield Green, to submit a full application form for funding for new projects or expansions to existing projects.
The aim of this funding is to support residents in Englefield Green using Section 106 money received by the Council relating to the Runnymede Campus development, at Coopers Hill Lane, Englefield Green.
The amount that can be applied for must exceed £7,000 (otherwise the Englefield Green Minor Projects Fund is available in January 2025). The total amount of funding available is approximately £87,000.
Applications will be reviewed by Officers from the Community Development Team and Ward Councillors, where recommendations for approval of projects will be made.
The applications recommended for approval will be presented to the Community Services Committee with recommendations made to Corporate Management Committee for a final decision.
The deadline for applications is Sunday 4 August 2024 at 11:59pm. Applications will be considered by a panel on Monday 5 August 2024 and recommendations made to Community Services Committee on Thursday 19 September 2024. Applications will then go to the final stage of review at Corporate Management Committee on Thursday 26 September 2024.
