You can set up Direct Debit to pay business rates by signing up for Runnymede OneAccount. We'll give you at least 10 days’ notice before we take the first payment.
Setting up Direct Debit payment is the safest and most convenient way to pay your business rates.
You can choose to make your payments from four different payment dates which are either the 1st, 8th, 15th, or the 22nd of each month.
If you are unable to set up Direct Debit online you can also call our customer services team on 01932 838383.
You can update the bank details for an existing Direct Debit should you already pay business rates using this method.
You can cancel the Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank or building society, but you will also need to notify us as to why you are cancelling so that we can update your account.
