Revaluation 2023
In 2023 there will be a National Non-Domestic Rates Revaluation which will mean the rateable value of your business property may change with effect from 1 April 2023.

Manage your business rates online
You can view payments made, payments due, notices issued (including bills and select recovery notices) as well as self-serve by adding the business rates service to your Runnymede OneAccount.

Make the switch to paperless billing
If you have added the business rates service to your Runnymede OneAccount you can register for paperless billing. It’s a free service and you receive an email each time a new bill is available online for you to view.

Received a recovery notice
If you have received a business rates reminder or summons then your account is in arrears. The notice will explain what will happen next if the arrears is not paid.

Business rates reductions
There are a number of reductions available for business rates of which some are automatically awarded and deducted from bills. However, certain reliefs require application forms to be completed.
