We take customer complaints very seriously as they tell us how we can improve our services.
We consider a complaint to be an expression of dissatisfaction by a customer about the service, or standard of service provided by us.
For more information, check our complaints page.
There are a number of scenarios that would not be considered a complaint, such as:
- A request for a service or for information
- Reporting a fault
- Offering a comment about a service
- Disagreement with a rule of law applied by the Council (e.g. council tax discounts, benefit determinations and parking penalty charge notices)
- Missed bin
- Comment on a planning application
This form is specifically for raising a complaint. If you feel the matter you are raising fits into one of the above, then you can use our contact us form.
