The minor works grant can cover essential small repairs such as:
- Window and door repairs
- Minor roof leaks
- Heating and plumbing repairs
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a homeowner or private tenant
- Have lived in the property for at least two years
- Be below the savings threshold
- Fulfil all other eligibility criteria
