• Referred by an Occupational Therapist or a Health Professional
• Lived in your property for a minimum of 2 years prior to the application

Grant name: Minor Works Assistance

Criteria requirements:

• Registered disabled, or eligible to be registered disabled
• Over 60 years old (if a couple, the older person being over 60 years)
• Vulnerable adult
• Can self-refer
• Have savings of no more than £23,250
• Lived in your property for a minimum of 2 years prior to the application

Grant name: Clearance Grant

Criteria requirements:

• Referred by Adult Social Care or Environmental Health
• Have savings of no more than £23,250

Grant name: Energy Efficiency Scheme

Criteria requirements:
