What is the group about?
The group will
- Look at tenant satisfaction rates and performance of anti-social behaviour, rent collections, and the work the Council does to help people sustain their tenancies
- Review complaints and compliments and assess how we handle them
- Be involved and make suggestions on housing management policies and procedures
- Give feedback on decision and proposals to help community issues
- Review Estate Improvement proposals
- Help generate interest and publicise walk abouts
How often would we meet?
We propose the group meets every 8 weeks.
The first taster session will discuss how often the group should meet, and for how long.
We have a room at the Council where the group can meet in person. If you would prefer to stay in the comfort of your own home, you can join the group virtually.
