Addressing antisocial behaviour in Garfield Road
The Council became increasingly concerned of the number of reports of antisocial behaviour and criminal damage in Garfield Road. We set out to identify, target, and resolve issues relating to antisocial behaviour in the area and search for ways to improve the safety of the community.
To understand the common types, location, frequency, and impact of antisocial behaviour that took place we emailed tenants and leaseholders who reside in Garfield Road area. We had 57 responses online, and several residents came and spoke to us at our Joint Action Day with Surrey Police, Crimestoppers and other organisations.
