Grass cutting in Runnymede

Grass cutting schedules for all areas of land which  Runnymede Borough Council is responsible for are listed on the website.  The schedule indicates the number of grass cuts per month. All parks will be usually be cut once every three weeks during the growing season.

Larger open spaces and local cemeteries are scheduled to be trimmed approximately every three weeks. Recognising summers might be hotter than usual and possible water restrictions work has started to plant up high street planters with drought resistant perennials. These will fully establish over the coming months and years.

Surrey County Council is responsible for cutting grass verges alongside roads and has different maintenance arrangements in place.
