What do I need to submit?

With any formal planning consent there are a number of plans/drawings which are required to be submitted

The Council has produced a checklist to assist householders in submitting this information.

In addition with householder planning applications, additional information maybe required and this includes a simple flood risk assessment for those properties/sites within a Flood Zone
