If the log sheets to show that a statutory nuisance may be occurring we will investigate.
Noise monitoring equipment may be installed to record levels of the noise or officers will arrange the visit to witness and investigate the problem.
We have the authority to serve a legal Abatement Notice under the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Reference will be made to your log sheets in determining whether it is necessary to serve a Notice.
