Notice of Intention to commence Runnymede Local Plan preparation
The Council is preparing a new Runnymede Local Plan in line with Government's new plan-making system.
On 29 June 2026, we gave our formal notice of our intention to commence Runnymede Local Plan preparation.

Notice of Intention to commence Runnymede Local Plan preparation
Prepared in line with Regulation 19(1) of The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2026.
Notice of intention to commence local plan preparation is hereby given with the following details:

As per our published local plan timetable, the Council expect to make its self-assessment summary available (Gateway 1) on 30 October 2026, which will start the 30-month plan preparation process. |
