Rubbish collections (black bin)
The black bin is for rubbish/non-recyclables and collection is once every two weeks.
To reduce waste and promote recycling, the standard rubbish bin size is one 180L bin per household. Each property is limited to one refuse bin, but you may have multiple recycling or food bins.
In special circumstances, an additional refuse bin may be approved. If you believe you qualify, please call Customer Services on 01932 838383 to apply.
An annual fee of £100 applies.
Bin collections
Please remember to put your bins out at the nearest vehicle access point to your property by 6am on your collection day.
For the safety of our crews, in very hot weather we may start collections in all roads from 5am. This is to make sure that where possible, the staff have completed their round before the hottest part of the day

Moving within and out of the borough
If you are moving out remember all bins must remain at the property.
