We risk assess HMO as they become known to us and may visit the property to carry out an inspection. We may also inspect the property at any time if we receive enquiries from tenants or neighbours.
We use the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) to look at the likelihood of an incident arising from the condition of the property, and the likely harm this may cause.
