You can set up a Direct Debit for your Council Tax by signing up for a Runnymede OneAccount. We will give you at least 10 days’ notice before we take the first payment.
Setting up a Direct Debit payment is the safest and most convenient way to pay your Council Tax.
If you are unable to set up a Direct Debit online you can also call our customer services team on 01932 838383.
You can choose to make your payments from four different payment dates which are either the 1st, 8th, 15th, or the 22nd of each month.
You can update your bank details for an existing Direct Debit should you already pay your Council Tax using this method.
If you are moving within the borough of Runnymede, we will transfer your Direct Debit over to the new property.
You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank or building society, but you will also need to notify us as to why you are cancelling so that we can update your account.
