Role of Full Council
The Full Council consists of all 41 Members. Meetings are chaired by the Mayor and take place seven times a year to discuss
- Annual Budget and Council Tax levels
- Corporate Plan
- Key policy documents and strategies and matters relating to the Council's Constitution
