Community Services

We are proud to provide a wide range of quality Community Services for older and vulnerable adults. These services mean people can be supported to live independently at home and remain active in their community.

Our Icon for pdf guide to Community Services [6.99MB] gives information about the services we provide. Additional information on leisure and recreational activities, specialist contacts and social clubs is available in our Community Services directory.

We offer an invaluable service to help keep vulnerable people safe and provide peace of mind around the clock.
Meals at Home can take the hassle out of meal time, delivering nutritiously balanced dishes hot and ready to eat to homes across the borough. Meals are delivered to the door or into the home between 11.30am and 2pm each day. Our staff will check on wellbeing when delivering the meal, offering peace of mind and reassurance.
We support carers with day-to-day living and transport and can advise on other locally available services.
Runnymede Borough Council is operating a new bus service which connects Addlestone with the surrounding areas, including St Peter's Hospital and Woking.
Social Prescribing is a free service helping residents access non-medical help right in here in the community. Residents who have unmet social needs can now be referred to a Social Prescribing Link Worker.
