The Runnymede Business Boost programme delivered grants, mentoring, and specialist advice to over 800 local businesses. As a result:

  • £230,000 in grants were awarded,
  • 53 new jobs were created, and
  • 11 new businesses were launched.

Taste Creative (Egham)

Thanks to a £3,500 grant from the Runnymede Business Boost programme, Egham-based catering company Taste Creative invested in a new BBQ, transport boxes for equipment and glassware, new uniforms, and table linens.

Chiro Culture (Chertsey)

This business used a £7,500 grant to open a third treatment room with new equipment and grow their team through recruitment and marketing.

GEMS Ltd (Egham)

A £5,000 grant enabled the business to purchase a high-definition digital microscope to improve quality inspection for motorsport electronics.

Buzzbox Coffee (Chertsey)

An £8,000 grant funded the purchase of a state-of-the-art coffee roaster, allowing them to roast their own beans and increase profits.
