Building notice fees
A building notice notifies us that you intend to carry out work.
If the work involves the erection or extension of a building, plans of the site, location of the proposal and details of any drainage work are required on submission.
It is your responsibility to make sure you meet the Building Regulations. Our surveyor will try to let you know in advance if there might be any problems, but we cannot anticipate every eventuality so if in doubt, please ask.
A Building Notice Charge is payable immediately after you have submitted your application. You can do this online or over the phone. This single payment covers all our checks and site inspections.
