Crisis & Resilience Fund

Household Support Fund and Discretionary Housing Payments have been brought together by UK government into a new fund called the Crisis & Resilience Fund.  This funding covers the period of 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029 inclusive. 

Although the funding has been brought together, between 1 April 2026 and 31 March 2027, Runnymede Borough Council will deal with Crisis & Resilience Fund - Housing Payments (CRF-HP) and Surrey County Council will deal with all other Crisis & Resilience Fund Payments and resilience services (CRF-P)

In the meantime please note that Surrey Crisis Fund can only support residents that are in immediate financial crisis.
