Crisis & Resilience Fund - Housing Payments (CRF-HP) are for Runnymede Borough Council residents who are in receipt of Housing Benefit or the Housing Element of Universal Credit but who are struggling financially to meet their housing costs. This replaces Discretionary Housing Payments from 1 April 2026
We will look at your circumstances to see whether you are eligible for a CRF-HP. Then decide whether to give you a CRF-HP, how much you will be paid and for how long you will receive the payment.
