Claiming a dog
All costs must be settled before the dog can be collected by its owner.
- £102 - collection charge during normal office hours (8:30 am to 5pm Monday to Friday)
- £146 - collection charge outside office hours (5pm to 8:30 am Monday to Friday and weekends)
Upon collection of your dog, you may also be asked to pay for any other applicable fees for example kennelling, administrative or delivery costs.
You will have to provide identification and reasonable proof of ownership of the dog before the dog is released to you.
