Carers support

Crossroads Care Surrey

Crossroads Care Surrey is a leading registered charity that has been providing vital respite breaks to unpaid carers in the county for more than 30 years. It's core purpose is to improve the quality of life of unpaid carers and the people under their care.

It aims to maintain and improve the physical and mental wellbeing of those who use the service. Crossroads supports Surrey carers by enabling them to take a break from their responsibilities, with the peace of mind that comes from the knowing the person with care needs is in good, reliable and professionally trained hands.

The services operate throughout Surrey.

It includes three hours a week respite care, adult social clubs, and our children's Saturday club for youngsters with disabilities and complex health needs.

It also runs self-funded respite packages that offer extended time away from their caring responsibility. In partnership with the NHS, Crossroads also provides an end-of-life service (charity number 1125048).
