Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2024
Tenant Satisfaction Measures 2024
In 2024, the Regulator of Social Housing introduced a system for assessing how well all social housing landlords are providing good quality homes and services. These are called Tenant Satisfaction Measures. We report the results to the Regulator but they are also available for our customers to see how well we are doing. They allow you to hold us to account when we are not performing as we should and help us to focus on making improvements.
There are 22 measures in total, including:
- 10 management information measures – collected from data on our systems.
- 12 tenant perception measures – from the annual satisfaction surveys.
The latest Tenant Satisfaction Survey results can be found in the Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2024 section.
In September the Council’s Housing Committee had a presentation on Tenant Satisfaction Measures and the national context.

The results have been reported to the Regulator of Social Housing. The Regulator requires social landlords to collect Tenant Satisfaction Measures to allow tenants to scrutinise their landlord’s performance and give insights to landlords on where they might look to improve their services.
Details of how we carried out the survey, and the survey questions are available in the summary of approach.
The results for all social landlords for last year are available on GOV.UK.
