What next

  1. We have employed contractors to building, decorate and work on interior design services where necessary  
  2. Work with Community Services to employ a contractor for installing a digital alarm call system
  3. We will consult with residents from each individual scheme to come up with a detailed plan for the improvements to the communal areas, gardens, lounge, etc   
  4. We want to ensure that the progress of the work disrupts the schemes as little as possible. Therefore, we will come up with a detailed plan to ensure this does not happen and the work is done in the correct order.

On 19 May, we held 3 workshops at our IRL schemes to show residents the architectural plans for the schemes and gather their feedback. They can be seen below:
