Decision-making
Runnymede Borough Council will complete an inspection when considering a proposal.
A panel will consist of Head of Housing Technical Services, Head of Housing Services & Business Planning and preferable a resident.
Further investigation would look at costs, feasibility, and any requirements such as Planning or Building regulations.
Residents will be kept informed of any progress.
Some proposals may need to be deferred to the following year and a programme of improvements will be established.
