Estate Improvements are an opportunity to improve the appearance of blocks, roads or an estate to benefit Runnymede residents.
Suitable projects are likely to be community gardens, security features, buggy stores, benches, parking improvements etc. Ideas can be put forward by residents, Councillors and Council Officers and proposals are considered on a case-by-case basis.
The panel will take into account likely cost, benefits of the proposal, including the number of residents who would benefit from it and severity of any issue that proposal aims to remedy.
