The Runnymede Community Safety Partnership (RCSP) is statutory multi-agency partnership which meets quarterly with the remit to work together to reduce crime and disorder in the community.
The statutory member agencies of the RCSP are
- Runnymede Borough Council
- Surrey County Council
- Surrey Police
- Surrey Fire and Rescue Service
- NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB)* (in conjunction with Public Health)
- Probation
*Previously known as Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)
Additionally the RCSP is joined by non-statutory members
- Police and Crime Commissioner
- CrimeStoppers
- Local and County Councillors
Members are working hard to make Runnymede an even safer place to live. The Runnymede Community Safety Partnership priorities for 2023/25 are
- Preventing Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG)
Focus on promoting the StreetSafe reporting tool and responding to areas of concern. - Antisocial Behaviour
Focus on environmental antisocial behaviour including littering, fly-tipping & noise nuisances and being cognisant to upcoming policy changes (Government ASB Action Plan) - Water Safety
Focus on education around using bodies of water safely and appropriately.
Runnymede Community Safety Partnership Survey 2025 - Have your say!
We are currently conducting a review of the Community Safety Partnership Plan, which outlines the key priorities RCSP will address to reduce crime and disorder in Runnymede.
We want to hear from you on:
- Your experience and perceptions of crime and antisocial behaviour within Runnymede
- How much of a problem a series of issues are within Runnymede
- How informed you are on a range of crime related issues
- Your experience of hate crime and incidents
- What should the RCSP prioritise within the updated Community Safety Partnership Plan
