In 2024, the Regulator of Social Housing introduced a system for assessing how well all social housing landlords are providing good quality homes and services. These are called Tenant Satisfaction Measures. We report the results to the Regulator but they are also available for our customers to see how well we are doing. They allow you to hold us to account when we are not performing as we should and help us to focus on making improvements.
There are 22 measures in total, including:
- 10 management information measures – collected from data on our systems.
- 12 tenant perception measures – from the annual satisfaction surveys.
The results of the most recent Tenant Satisfaction Survey are available on the Tenant Satisfaction Survey page.
