The ‘Act’ 2005 requires us to consult with various groups before we determine our Statement of licensing Policy
- The Chief Officer of Police
- One or more persons who represent the interests of gambling businesses in Runnymede
- One or more persons who appear to represent the interest of persons who are likely to be affected by the implementation
The Licensing Authority consulted on the Draft Statement of Licensing Policy from 10 November 2021 - 31 December 2021.
