Housing services improvement plan
Since receiving the judgement in February 2026, we have been in regular dialogue with the Regulator, listening to tenants and reviewing our housing services.
We have created the Housing Services Improvement Plan which demonstrates how we are addressing concerns raised and how we will be providing good services to our tenants. We are sharing with our tenants Housing Services Improvement Plan. Thank you to all tenants who attended the workshop in August to give us their feedback.
