Consultation and feedback

How we consider the views of Runnymede residents and the local community and how to join our Citizens' Panel

Ways to have your say

We consider the views of Runnymede residents and the local community in a number of ways. Why not sign up to our fortnightly E-newsletter to hear about any future consultations? Current consultations are also displayed in the news section on our home page.

  • Compliments, comments and complaints

Runnymede Borough Council recognises the importance of providing an excellent service to every member of our community. A core part of this is an open, responsive approach to feedback and complaints.

  • Citizens' Panel

We are committed to involving and consulting with local people and partners to empower them to shape policies, strategies and services that affect their lives. One way we can do this is through a Citizens Panel, which we are looking to re-establish.

  • Voting - make your voice heard!

Voting is an important way to make your voice heard on the issues that concern you. It is central to the way in which our democracy works.

  • Petitions

Runnymede Borough Council welcomes petitions from anyone who lives, works or studies in Runnymede. Petitions are one way that people can let us know their concerns.

  • Planning applications search (current and historical)

You can use the planning application search or the Council's interactive mapping service (rMaps) to look at current and historical planning applications, you can also comment on current planning applications.
