The Council submitted its CIL draft charging schedule and supporting evidence on the 4 September 2020 to an independent CIL Examiner.
The CIL examination took place on Monday 26 October 2020 and due to the Covid-19 pandemic the examination was held virtually using Microsoft Teams rather than being held in person at the Civic Centre.
The Council received the Examiner's final report on the 8 December 2020 which contains the Examiner's recommendations and reasons for those recommendations.
Examiner
The Council appointed Mr Philip Staddon BSc (Hons), Diploma (Hons), M.B.A (Distinction), MRTPI as the independent Examiner to oversee the CIL Examination.
