What do I need to do?
- You should be able to contribute 15% of the cost of the improvement fund of the maximum fund of £20,000. 85% of the cost will be funded through the Runnymede Council grant scheme.
- You must have designed drawings in place before applying for planning permission.
- You must be able to pay for the designs, planning application costs and payments to the improvements to constructors before you can reclaim your grant funding back.
- You must be able to demonstrate that the work will be completed before 1 March 2025 to reclaim the grant fund.
