Average size plot = 5 rods = 125 square metres
Age related discount – From 1 April 2019 the 50% discount for age has been applied to those who have reached their state pension age rather than for all plot-holders over 60. This will apply to new plot-holders only and not to plot-holders who have a current tenancy agreement in place prior to 1st April 2019.
