To respond to the scoping consultation, please answer as many of the following questions as you wish. Responses must be received by 11.59pm on Monday 12 October 2026.
We suggest you read the information on the consultation website before responding. The information describes what we think is ‘in scope’ and ‘out of scope’ for each topic area.
The first section of the form seeks information on the person and/or organisation who is responding to the consultation. Some of this information is required (by planning regulations) for the response to be submitted and considered, and we cannot accept anonymous comments (although any personal details such as names and contact details will be redacted for any consultation outcomes published online).
Some of the questions allow us to see if different groups have different opinions and experiences - if you would rather not provide the information to these questions, or are responding on behalf of an organisation, you can choose ‘I prefer not to say’.
Please note that each page of the form must be completed within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the page session will expire and you may need to start again.
